Prof. Dr. Afsar Rathor
CEO
Prof. Dr. Afsar Rathor is an experienced global professional with a distinguished career at various United Nations organiza-tions, focusing on peace, conflict resolution, and project management. He has led multimillion-dollar projects in conflict zones like Bosnia, Rwanda, and Somalia. Since leaving the UN in 2017, he has volunteered on social and environ-mental projects in developing countries. As the founder and President of LIOS SOIL Organization, he addresses global issues like soil erosion and promotes regenerative agriculture. Dr. Rathor is also a keynote speaker at international conferences and serves as an advisor on peace and reconstruction efforts, including Yemen.

Prof. Dr. Yasir Khan
Chairman
Prof. Dr. Yasir Khan holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Vienna and two Master’s degrees in Peace and Conflict Studies and International Relations. He currently leads the School of Political Science at Minhaj University and serves as the Director of Global Linkages. As a research fellow at the Austrian Institute for European and Security Policy, he focuses on migration and climate change in South Asia. Yasir has worked with the UN Office on Drugs and Crime and has provided support for irregular migrants while managing projects for asylum seekers in Austria. Built educational collaboration networks among universities in Austria, Pakistan & India.

Dr. Syed Waqas Haider
Director
Dr. Syed Waqas Haider Bukhari has more than 14 years’ experience in Academic and Research. He obtained his doctorate in International Relations from National Defence University, Islamabad, Pakistan. Dr. Bukhari has taught in some prestigious universities including Lahore Garrison University, University of Management and Technology and University of Central Punjab. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor in the School of International Relations, Minhaj University Lahore. His areas of research includes Research Methodology, Theories of International Relations and Contemporary International Issues. Dr. Bukhari is associated with distinguished national and international research journals.

Aysha Abid
Director
Aysha Abid is a PhD candidate in Political Science at Minhaj University Lahore, expected to complete her degree by 2025. She holds an M.Phil. in Political Science from Minhaj University and an M.A. from the University of the Punjab, with a research focus on technological innovation, FDI, and Indian Ocean geopolitics. Aysha has lectured at Minhaj University Lahore, Scholar College, and is currently an Assistant Teacher at LUMS’s Suleman School of Business. Her work is published in reputable journals, and she is skilled in tools like EViews, Mendeley, and MS Office. Known for her communication and teamwork abilities, she is a strong asset in academic and professional circles.

Prof. Dr. Heinz Gartner

Prof. Dr. Heinz Gartner is a professor of Political Science at the University of Vienna, Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, and Danube University. He was the academic director of the Austrian Institute for International Affairs until 2016 and has held visiting fellowships at Stanford University. He chairs the advisory board for Strategy and Security of the Austrian Armed Forces and is on the Advisory Board of the International Institute for Peace in Vienna. Gärtner is an expert for EU and Euratom programs and has received the Bruno Kreisky Award for Most Outstanding Political Book. He edits the Internationale Sicherheit book series.

Prof. Dr. Alistair Edgar

Prof. Dr. Alistair Edgar is Associate Professor of Political Science and Associate Dean of the School of International Policy & Governance at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, Wilfrid Laurier University. His research interests include Canadian defence policy; transitional justice after mass atrocity crimes, with fieldwork in Afghanistan, Cambodia, Kosovo and Uganda; and governance in the UN system, with an ongoing research project examining the President of the General Assembly. Outside of his scholarly activities, he serves as chair of the Canadian Landmine Foundation.

Prof. Dr. Alfred Pritz

Prof. Dr. Alfred Pritz, born on October 31, 1952, in Austria, is a psychotherapist with expertise in Client-Centered Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Hypnosis. He has been teaching and practicing psychotherapy since 1977 and is a training analyst for individuals and groups. Pritz founded the Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversität in 2005 and serves as its principal. He is a founding member of the World Council for Psychotherapy and the European Association for Psychotherapy. He has organized several World Congresses of Psychotherapy and is a prolific author and editor in his field.

Prof. Dr. Lester Kurtz

Prof. Dr. Lester Kurtz is an influential sociologist focusing on nonviolent social movements, the sociology of religion, and global social thought. He has edited numerous volumes, including the Encyclopedia of Violence, Peace, and Conflict and authored several books examining the interplay of religion and violence. His current research involves exploring alternative nonwestern social theories and the ethical dilemmas of violence versus nonviolence. Kurtz emphasizes the need for transdisciplinary scholarship to understand complex global issues. He has lectured worldwide and received the Robin Williams Distinguished Career Award from the American Sociological Association.

Prof. Dr. Paul Scott

Prof. Dr. Paul Scott is a democracy and development specialist with experience in Asia and Africa. He is Professor Emeritus at Kansai Gaidai University in Japan, where he taught for over 30 years. As a founding member of the Center for Research and Development in Zimbabwe, he has also served as an election observer in Southeast Asia and Pakistan. He has taught in peace and conflict studies at several universities, including Universitat Jaume I in Spain and The University of Sydney. Currently, he teaches at the Catholic University of Lille, France. His recent publications include Paving the Road to the Apocalypse: Oppenheimer and Hiroshima and Populism, Conflict, and Opportunity.

Prof. Dr. M. Nasir Khan

Dr. Khan has authored numerous research articles and books, contributing regularly to international publications. He has extensive experience developing curricula for undergraduate and graduate programs. His expertise spans peace education, social cohesion, and teacher training, significantly impacting global educational practices. Dr. Khan is also recognized for his leadership in pedagogy and curriculum development.

Pascal Pax Andebo

Pascal Pax Andebo is a PhD student and Dean’s Fellow in the International Education Policy program at the University of Maryland (2022-2027). With over two decades of experience, he has worked in education programming in both development and emergency contexts in Uganda, Somalia, and South Sudan. He has also been active in advocacy for good governance in Kenya and Africa. His research focuses on education in conflict, peace education, social justice, environmental education, and governance in Eastern Africa. He has authored and co-authored works on education, taxation, climate change, and a book review on memory in war and peace. His expertise spans education in emergencies, democracy, and environmental sustainability. Several of his publications are under review, reflecting his ongoing contribution to academic research.

With over 50 research publications, he is a leader in fields like Agricultural Sciences, Nanotechnology, and Halal Food Accreditation. Dr. Khattak has successfully developed academic departments and curricula, holding key roles such as Professor and Department Chairman. He has represented Halal food companies in Scandinavia and the UK, ensuring quality and compliance. Additionally, he is actively involved with NGOs in Denmark and Sweden, demonstrating his dedication to social responsibility.
